Another awesome wkout, I have this one down to 30 min, that’s half of the warm up and no cool down, no breaks. I also cut out all the in between talk time.

Okay guys, I have to redo a few (okay a bunch) of my vids due to copyright infringement. They disabled one of them because I used Tony’s voice and to avoid them doing it again, I removed any vid that had his voice and have decided to do a REMIX. So… this is Legs and Back on day 12. I really haven’t been doing Ab Ripper X this round like I’m supposed too but I did get it in this day!

P90X Round 1 Day 1 and 2

Man, bad day today. I totally did not expect to crash so hard during Plyo. Never happened to me before. As I said in the video, my schedule was bass ackwards on Monday so I think that is where I went wrong. I am eating more calories today and going to bed early so hopefully that helps.

Here are my goals going into R2. And some pics of myself posing, lol.

I’ve been on a Taekwondo form tournament last weekend. This one was not about fighting but demonstrating traditional patterns, called “Poomsae”. A friend of mine took my camera and shot a nice video of this.
This was my first tournament again. The last one lies more than three years back. I know I wasn’t really prepared because my time commitment is predominantly devoted for my fitness workouts. But I noticed I’m still in good shape.
The youngest contestants in my class were just 18 years old…and I was the oldest…maybe I should call myself grandma?
Besides those plyo push-ups I had a lot of fun with the kids. I love to play and do some fun fighting with them…and by the way: I lost in arm wrestling against a 15 year old boy! But he’s strong, phew!
