I feel like a big tool posting this. But I did a lost of searching online for similar videos and they ended up being pretty inspiring. The results are from only 14 days of hard work and a new diet. I’d formerly eat 2 monster meals a day, mixed in with random unhealthy snacks. The new diet? 6 smaller meals a day with no more junk.
