This is a video of me in my p90x transformation journey to go from fat to firm. The first couple months it was hard to stay motivated and I was a smoker so i had to quit. The final p90x month forward I have been working out 5 times a week, eating right, going to the gym, running, doing the occasional p90x video and trying very hard and I am down to 13% body fat. I want to thank Tony Horton and the Beachbody crew. I love fitness/ p90x so much and i hope somebody has been motivated by this video …
