I’m a huge breakfast person, but for the life of me i can’t eat before any workouts. not even an hour or more before hand. I feel completely? bogged down or the food just comes right back up. The most i take in is a water and gluatmine.

You should eat before hand. When I need? to workout in the morning I’ll have something like a glass of vegetable juice and a piece of toast first. It gets easier each week.

lol i feel ya on the plyometrics..I have to do that today uggghh..I’m on week? 2 right now…the first time I did plyo my legs were sore for the rest of the week, I could barely walk..hopefully it goes better today
