I do feel good and the soreness is ebbing slowly
I’m not nearly as sore or tired today as I was on Day 3. We’ll see how I feel after Kenpo tonight!

After the first week most of the soreness goes away, next week you’ll probably catch a 2nd wind and feel a burst of energy. it is great!

I hear you! I’m pretty strong in my legs – an after effect of swimming for so many years and remnants of running and kickboxing last winter. It’s exhausting, though which made it so hard to do the Ab Ripper AFTER. I wonder if it would bea horrible thing to do Ab Rippre BEFORE?
